Trash Bin Storage Guidelines Effective November 1st

To maintain the beauty and uniform appearance of our community, please be advised that beginning November 1st, all trash and recycle bins must be kept out of public or adjacent neighbor view at all times except on designated collection days.

If you wish to keep your bins on the side of your home, they must be fully concealed behind a privacy screen or enclosure that hides the entire bin from street and neighbor view.Please note that an ACC (Architectural Control Committee) request must be submitted and approved prior to installing any privacy screen or enclosure.
